Scammers with a rude lady in charge of the phone and customer service

A lady called me by phone to tell me the electrician was coming, I had no time to ask her about what electrician, from where, if any price was involved, etc., as she was hurry, and she hung up the phone. I called again and no one answer.

Electrician came, a very nice and polite person I must say. I would have totally hired him, until he said I needed to pay €25, but I was never told about this, nor by phone, nor by e-mail, anything.

I told her I was not going to pay anything I did not agreed before, because I was not told, asked nor informed. She said she talked with my wife, I don't have a wife...

She hung up the phone rudely and the guy left. I have to say the electrician was extremely nice, polite, and I would have hired him without a doubt, but this pathetic attack and scamming scheme is not legal nor ethical nor reasonable.

The lady in charge of yelling at people. She should be fired and the opportunity for work must be given to someone that can actually help the company gain customers with trusty and honest relations.
